Frequently asked
When will paid tiers be available?
We're finishing the authentication and key-management layer first. The architecture is data-driven - plans are rows, not code - so we can flip on tiers without redeploying. Watch this space.
What counts as a request?
A single API call. Bulk export endpoints (Pro and above) count as one request per page, not per row.
Can I redistribute the data?
Public dataset snapshots are CC BY 4.0 - attribution required, commercial use permitted. Underlying RIR/PeeringDB/CAIDA data remain under their respective licenses; we're only relicensing the aggregation work.
Do you have an SLA?
Enterprise plans get a contractual SLA. Free, Developer, and Pro tiers run best-effort with edge caching in front.
